Parent Portal to check student grades, correspond with staff and check lunch account balances.

Adults wishing to chaperone field trips will have complete ​Safe Enviroment Training  (contact the school for information). The Adult Liability Waiver must be completed and returned to the school prior to the event.

This form will need to be completed for each child attending St. Mary's School.

Field Trips:

 Student permission forms are sent home with student  prior to each event.  . 

Wellness Policy

Students with food allergies/sensitivities will need to provide the lunch program, with a statement from their family doctor outlining the allergy/sensitivity.

​To give permission for prescription and nonprescription medications to be administered at school, fill out the form and return to the main office.

Our school parents and families are vital to the continued success of our school.  Parent volunteers support school fundraising and other activities intended to benefit our students including Home and School Sponsored Opportunites such as our Halloween Party, Santa Shop, Father and Daughter Dance, Catholic Schools Week and many more!

To maintain a Safe School Environment, ALL volunteers working directly with children or who are present in the school will complete a Safe and Sacred Environment Training required by the Diocese as well as complete a background check.  Many opportunities for volunteering are also available off site, such as school/parish garage sale, our annual Gala, selling scrip after Mass and various committee involvements.
